辰龙渐隐巳蛇临，夏去秋归又冬春。
腊八香粥犹待釜，定日灾临忽惊魂。
小寒之际高原凛，难讯传来恸乾坤。
驰助途中盈爱意，珠峰亦感俯迎恩。

Prayers for The Quake Victims

The dragon slowly fades, the year of snake draws near,
As the seasons evolve, it’s spring of the new year.
The sweet Laba porridge still awaits in the pot,
On this day disaster strikes the souls on the spot.
Amid Minor Cold, the plateau is bitter cold,
At the sad news the nation grieves, tears we behold.
On the paths of relief true love does overflow,
In gratitude Mount Everest seems to bow low. |
